eddy (BETA version) -- a tool for correcting eddy currents and movements in diffusion data

This is a new tool to correct for eddy-current-induced distortions. It models the effects of eddy currents in the image, allowing it to work with much higher b-value data. Results are substantially better than the previous tool eddy_correct in most cases, although the software is still in the beta phase and has not been tested on all types of data. The use is also restricted to datasets where either (a) the set of diffusion encoding directions spans the entire sphere and not just a half-sphere, and/or (b) blip-up-blip-down (phase encode reversed) acquisitions have been used.

Limited documentation is available right now, but this will be added to very soon.
